EEG-fMRI: Multiband functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging

This increases the fMRI sampling rate providing several benefits:

Shorter scan duration, which is better for participants, since for fMRI studies you have to lie still;
Better sampling of artifacts, avoiding some artifact aliasing;
The increase in sampling rate can be changed for an increase in spatial resolution;
Possibly faster brain computer interfaces (BCI) with fMRI.
